Tennant Energy, LLC v. Government of Canada

Tennant Energy LLC, a California limited liability corporation, filed a claim against the Government of Canada in connection with certain renewable energy initiatives undertaken by Ontario.  The claimant alleges that Canada has violated Article 1105 (Minimum Standard of Treatment).
