Amorrortu v. Peru:  Bacilio Amorrortu, a U.S. citizen, filed a claim against the Republic of Peru, alleging that Peru violated Art. 10.5 (minimum standard of treatment) of the U.S.-Peru Free Trade Agreement. The claimant alleges that Peru, through a corrupt scheme, prevented him from securing a contract to operate oil fields.
