Carlos Morillo, 46, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Timothy S. Hillman to two years in prison. Morillo will be subject to deportation proceedings upon completion of his sentence. In April 2016, Morillo pleaded guilty to three counts of passport fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft. Between 2007 and 2012, Morillo submitted at least six United States passport applications under three different identities. The State Department denied all of the applications.
