Latam Hydro v. Peru

Latam Hydro LLC, a U.S. enterprise, brought claims arising under the U.S.-Peru Trade Promotion Agreement on its own behalf and on behalf of CH MAMACOCHA, S.R.L., its Peruvian operations company.  Claimants allege that the Government of Peru breached obligations under Article 10.5 (Minimum Standard of Treatment), Article 10.7 (Expropriation and Compensation), and Article 10.4 (Most-Favored-Nation Treatment).
