In accordance with Article V, paragraph 2, the Further Additional Protocol shall be subject to ratification, acceptance or approval and instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval of the Further Additional Protocol shall be deposited with the Government of the United States of America. In accordance with Article V, paragraph 3, the Further Additional Protocol entered into force as soon as two or more signatory States had deposited their instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval. The Further Additional Protocol enters into force for each other signatory State on the date of the deposit of its instrument.
