U.S. Special Advisor on International Disability Rights Minkara Travel to Peru

Special Advisor Sara Minkara will travel to Peru July 30 – August 4 to promote the social and economic empowerment of persons with disabilities and to advocate for disability inclusion during the 2024 Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum hosted in Lima, Peru.

Special Advisor Minkara will meet with government officials, regional and municipal authorities, local non-governmental organizations, disability activists, and business leaders.
