The Assembly of Local Leaders (ALL or the Assembly) is a cohort of mayors, governors, and other local officials in the United States. The Assembly is a new venue for the Department of State to engage with local leaders on key issues — the climate crisis, public health, foreign investment, economic development — that affect their communities.

The Assembly includes 22 members from state and local governments in the United States.
