The Carlyle Group L.P. and others v. Kingdom of Morocco

The Carlyle Group L.P. and others allege that the Kingdom of Morocco violated Articles 10.5 (minimum standard of treatment) and 10.6 (expropriation) of the U.S.-Morocco Free Trade Agreement.  This arbitration is proceeding under the ICSID Convention Rules and is administered by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
