Espiritu Santo Holdings, LP and L1bre Holding, LLC v. United Mexican States

Espiritu Santo Holdings, LP and L1bre Holding, LLC submitted claims against the United Mexican States in connection with a concession for the installation and maintenance of taximeters in Mexico City.  The claimants allege that Mexico has violated Articles 1102 (National Treatment), 1105 (Minimum Standard of Treatment), and 1110 (Expropriation and Compensation) of the NAFTA.
