CLO Program GCLO’s CLO Program team understands the unique challenges that come with moving to a new post. Along with your Community Liaison Office (CLO) at post, the GCLO CLO Program team serves U.S. government employees and their family members of all agencies who are assigned to U.S. embassies and consulates abroad.
