Office of Strategy, Communications, and Health Equity (SCE) 

The Office of Strategy, Communications, and Health Equity (SCE) serves as the intersection for policy and strategy coordination on issues that span the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD). SCE helps ensure health equity considerations are integrated into the Bureau’s strategy and communications. Our office coordinates Bureau strategy development, Congressional outreach, and public and media engagements.
