Adherence to and Compliance with Arms Control, Nonproliferation, and Disarmament Agreements and Commitments (Compliance Report)

Pursuant to statute (22 U.S.C. § 2593a), the U.S. Department of State prepares a report providing a detailed assessment of the adherence of the United States and other nations to obligations undertaken in all arms control, nonproliferation, and disarmament agreements or commitments to which the United States is a participating state. The report is prepared with the concurrence of the U.S. Intelligence Community and in consultation with the U.S. Departments of Defense and Energy, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  Compliance Reports »
